1. Agreement

By using thesoftera.org or buying a Soft Era product, you agree to these terms.

2. Who we are

The Soft Era is a business registered in Montana, 6479 US Hwy 93 S, 988, Whitefish, MT 59937.

3. Products

We sell digital products — downloadable PDF workbooks — for personal use.

4. Purchase and payment

Orders are processed by our reseller, Lemon Squeezy, which is the merchant of record for all orders. Lemon Squeezy handles payment, billing, taxes and order-related customer service, and its own terms apply to the transaction. Prices are in USD.

5. Delivery

Your download link arrives by email immediately after payment, and on the confirmation page. If it hasn’t arrived within 24 hours, write to hello@thesoftera.org.

6. Refunds

All sales are final. See the Refund Policy for duplicate purchases and files that won’t open.

7. Intellectual property

All content, including text, graphics, logos and products, belongs to The Soft Era and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, share, resell or create derivative works from a purchased product, or remove its copyright notices.

8. Not professional advice

The products and essays are educational and self-directed. They are not therapy, and not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. Results vary; no outcome is guaranteed.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site and products are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Soft Era and its owner are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from their use.

11. Changes

These terms may be updated. Changes take effect when posted here.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, United States. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
